Terms & Conditions

1. Payment
Payment in full must be received prior to despatch of order.

     A number of payment options are available.
     1) Paypal a secure site, no account needed.

     2) Phone 0151 348 6300 with Credit/debit card details.

     3) Email credit card details to
     mikejones@thequalityfactor.co.uk (Not a secure site)

     4) Personal cheque allow time to clear.

2. Carriage and Delivery
Orders under £100.00 exc vat, £6.00 inc vat. Orders over £100.00 exc vat carriage free (uk mainland only). Highlands & islands: request rate at time of order. Delivery will be made by carrier within 5 working days upon confirmed receipt of order.

3. Credits
Goods returned for credit must be in perfect condition and original packaging and be accompanied by the relevant paperwork. A handling charge of 20% will be applied on all goods returned for credit which have been correctly supplied.

4. Warranty
All goods will be supplied in a reputable branded product and will carry the full manufacturers warranty for at least 12 months.

5. Customer Information
Any information supplied to us will be treated in confidence within the meaning of the data protection act.
